Helping to prepare lunch one afternoon. Preparing 4 dishes over one outdoor fire means lunch takes a long time. Not sure if we ate everything because it was tasty or because we were starving.
Brian, always prepared, had hand sanitizer to pass around before we started eating with our hands. I think after the time in Ghana when I told him to eat somewhere because I'd had a great meal and he ended up with insane diarrhea means that he no longer trusts me around food and came prepared this time. Not that the hand sanitizer could protect us against everything...but luckily, no one got sick.
